Your hosting packages, as your main services, deserve special attention: here you'll learn how to configure them down to the smallest detail.
To get started, go to the My offers tab, located on the left-hand side of your screen. Then click on the Add a job button at the top right of your screen.
The first thing you'll need to fill in is the name of the accommodation, its quantity and its surface area.
You can either create a new one (which you will then configure in the dedicated tab), or assign an existing price plan to it.
Before moving on to the composition of the accommodation, you can let the prices inserted in your schedule serve as a reference as "prices from" in your schedule or decide to define a specific "price from".
Next comes the composition of the accommodation: at this level, you will need to select the beds available from the options available to you (single bed, double bed, Queen Size bed, King Size bed, etc.).
You should also note that the maximum capacity is set automatically, to prevent any errors.
The last information to be entered in the general information for the accommodation will be the check-in and check-out times.
The Offer details tab allows you to describe your accommodation in detail and list the facilities it offers.
The Photos tab, as its name suggests, will allow you to illustrate your accommodation to give your customers the best possible overview. We recommend that you insert between 15 and 20 photos, with the following characteristics:
Dimensions: at least 1600 × 1200 pixels.
Orientation: landscape.
Recommended formats: jpeg, png, heic. If you need to convert from one format to another, feel free to use this free tool from Canva.
Maximum size: 6 MB.
Don't forget to systematically insert a caption to your photos, to improve the experience of your future customers on your booking engine or on your automatically-generated website.
The Rate plans tab allows you to view the rate plans assigned to the accommodation and, if necessary, modify them.
Finally, the Expert Mode tab is detailed in this dedicated article.
Your hosting package has now been created: you can move on to the options.
