Before creating your services, you need to fill in the main information about your establishment.
To start with, go to the My establishment tab, located on the left-hand side of your screen. First, you'll be able to enter general information: business name, languages spoken, type of establishment, etc.
The first point to note concerns the age groups: if you offer specific rates for babies or children, the age groups defined will appear in the Planning. This will allow you to fine-tune your prices according to the age of the occupants.
These age groups will only be visible in the Schedule for price plans configured as prices per person or per combination.
The second point of attention concerns social networks: it is essential to respect the URL format required by each platform to guarantee correct redirection of your customers.

The Description tab allows you to write a presentation of your establishment and indicate the facilities available. This information will be displayed in your booking engine and on our automatically generated website.
The Photos tab, as its name suggests, allows you to illustrate your establishment to give your customers the best possible overview. We recommend that you insert between 15 and 20 photos, with the following characteristics:
Dimensions: at least 1600 × 1200 pixels.
Orientation: landscape.
Recommended formats: jpeg, png, heic. If you need to convert from one format to another, feel free to use this free tool from Canva.
Maximum size: 6 MB.
