If you don't have a physical Eftpos terminal in your establishment, Stripe is the solution to make your cash payments easier: this solution is partnered with TF1, Le Monde and N26... And it will only take you ten minutes to activate this option.
To start, go to the My Account tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Then click on the Options tab. Then click on the Activate for 3%/cashout button in the Stripe box.

Good to know:
The commission is 3% per collection and not 3% per booking: so you can, for example, decide to only collect deposits via Stripe.
Just as you can adapt your cancellation conditions to suit your price plans and services, you can also adapt your payment method to suit them. Click here to find out more.

Funds collected by Stripe will be transferred to you within 10 working days of collection. You'll find details of funds transfers in the Bookings tab.

For security reasons, at no time do you have access to the customer's bank details, which are stored in a secure environment at Stripe.
Charges levied by Stripe are non-refundable.
If you decide to personalise the wording of the transfers made by Stripe to your bank account, this information will also be included in the payment confirmations sent to your customers.
We recommend that you clear the booking by the day of arrival at the latest: this will allow you to discuss any problems with the customer before or during the service (blocked bank card, insufficient funds, etc.).
Other payment solutions are partnered with elloha: Paybox and Payzen.
