[ILLUSTRATION] How do I add widgets and sections to my website?

Startup : KO / Basic : OK / Connect : KO / Magic : OK


Your website is online, but you'd like to enhance it to make it more attractive and encourage your visitors to book? Why not add some new widgets and sections?


To start, go to the Website tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Then click on the Choose template tab.

Then click on the button just below the one that allows you to customise the colours.

  • Booking engine

Activating this widget will display your booking engine on the home page and a Book button in the navigation bar.

Booking engines specific to each of your accommodation pages will also be displayed.

  • Availability calendar

Activating this widget will display an availability calendar for the coming weeks on the home page, under the thumbnails dedicated to your services.

Availability calendars specific to each of your accommodation pages will also be displayed.

  • Newsletter subscription

Activating this widget will display a field inviting visitors to subscribe to your newsletter, on the home page, at the bottom of the page.

  • Gift cards

Activating this widget will display a section dedicated to your gift cards in the navigation bar, a specific button under the booking engine and a section at the bottom of the home page.


You will need to activate the Booking Engine widget beforehand.

  • Gift vouchers

Activating this module will display a section dedicated to your gift vouchers in the navigation bar, a specific button under the booking engine and a section at the bottom of the home page.


You will need to activate the Booking Engine widget beforehand.

  • My Booking note

Activating this widget will display your Booking note at the bottom of the home page.

You will need to activate synchronisation with Booking beforehand.

  • My Fairguest rating

Activating this widget will display your Fairguest rating at the bottom of the homepage.


You will need to enter your Fairguest ID, available in your Fairguest account, to fully activate this widget. If you need help, you can contact the Fairguest team directly by phone (05 46 28 17 17) or by email([email protected]).

  • My Tripadvisor reviews

Activating this widget will display your Tripadvisor reviews at the bottom of the home page.


You will need to enter your Tripadvisor ID to fully activate this widget. This ID is visible under the name of your establishment when you are logged in to your Tripadvisor account. If necessary, you can contact the Tripadvisor team directly by email([email protected]) or by telephone (+33 1 57 32 95 83).

  • Video on the home page

Activating this widget will allow a YouTube video to be displayed on the home page, instead of the photo gallery.


You will need to enter the YouTube ID of the video, available in its URL. This will be the sequence of characters after the "=" character (example: https: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfN6NqyC2fU).

  • Instagram feed

Activating this widget will display recent posts from your Instagram account.

  • WhatsApp chat

Activating this widget will display a button allowing you to receive messages from visitors directly on WhatsApp.


You will need to insert the phone number linked to your WhatsApp account to fully activate this widget.

  • Personal information

Activating this widget will display your first name, surname and job title. This information can be changed in the My Account tab.
