[ILLUSTRATION] How do I activate synchronisation with Booking?

Booking is one of the world's leading online accommodation booking platforms: it is essential to distribute your accommodation offers there and to synchronise your Booking account with your elloha account.


Once synchronisation is in place, these four sets of data will be exchanged in real time with Booking:

  • Availability ;

  • Authorised arrival and departure days;

  • Minimum and maximum stay;

  • Rates.


To get started, go to the Sales Channels tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Then activate Booking.

In parallel, in your Booking account, go to the Account menu (top right) and click on the Connectivity Provider tab.

Then search for elloha.

When validating, you will need to tick the Access to extranet box, then click the Log in button.

A message will then appear telling you that the connection is awaiting acceptance.

Your request will be forwarded to our Support team, who will set up the synchronisation. To speed up the process, please provide us with your Booking ID (the series of numbers at the top of your Booking account) and check your email inbox regularly: our Support team([email protected]) may ask you for clarification before definitively triggering the synchronisation.

Booking will alert you when synchronisation is complete.

Good to know:

  • Once synchronisation is in place, please do not stop it without informing our Support team([email protected]);

  • The Genius loyalty programme, specific to Booking, is still applicable if it is activated on your Booking account. Exceptional promotions, specific to each Booking traveller, may therefore occasionally reduce the price of the reservation: in other words, this loyalty programme may take precedence over the prices transmitted by elloha;

  • Commissions and financial interactions between Booking and you must be managed in your Booking account;

  • Cancellation conditions for bookings made through Booking remain as defined in your Booking account;

  • Booking does not allow you to synchronise several separate Booking accounts with a single elloha account. If you have more than one Booking account (in other words, more than one Booking ID), you will need to either combine all your Booking accommodations into a single account or open several elloha accounts;

  • If you wish to synchronise promotions or special offers created on elloha with Booking, you will need to notify our Support team([email protected]). The same applies if you wish to synchronise new Offers at a later date;

  • If you use combination rates on elloha, you will need to create derived rates on your Booking account;

  • The booking deadline is not synchronised with Booking. It must be set directly in your Booking account.
