Expedia is one of the world's leading online accommodation booking platforms: it is essential to distribute your accommodation offers there and to synchronise your Expedia account with your elloha account.
Once the synchronisation is in place, these four sets of data will be exchanged in real time with Expedia:
Availability ;
Authorised arrival and departure days;
Minimum and maximum stay;
Rates.
To get started, go to the Sales channels tab, located on the left-hand side of your screen. Then activate Expedia.

At the same time, in your Expedia interface, go to the Rooms and Rates section, then click on Connectivity settings. Choose elloha from the list of connectivity providers and tick the two options: Availability and rates and Search for bookings.

To speed up the process, we invite you to send us your Expedia ID (a series of numbers located at the top of your Expedia account) and to check your mailbox regularly: our Support team may ask you for clarification before finally triggering the synchronisation.

Our Support team will let you know when synchronisation is complete.

Good to know:
Once synchronisation is in place, please do not stop it without informing our Support team([email protected]);
The Rewards loyalty programme, specific to Expedia, is still applicable if it is activated on your Expedia account. Exceptional promotions, specific to each Expedia traveller, may therefore occasionally reduce the price of the reservation: in other words, this loyalty programme may take precedence over the prices sent by elloha;
Commissions and financial interactions between Expedia and you must be managed in your Expedia account;
Cancellation conditions for bookings made through Expedia remain as defined in your Expedia account;
When synchronisation is triggered, Expedia will not transmit future bookings from your Expedia account: in other words, you will have to remove the availability for dates for which bookings have been created via Expedia. On the other hand, new bookings from Expedia, made after synchronisation has been triggered, will be sent to elloha ;
All your accommodation offers must have the same pricing method: either Per Day Pricing or Occupancy Based Pricing;
If you wish to synchronise promotions or special offers created on elloha with Expedia, you must notify our Support team([email protected]). The same applies if you wish to synchronise new accommodation offers at a later date;
The booking deadline is not synchronised with Expedia. It must be set directly in your Expedia account.
