Follow the step-by-step guide
Step 1: Access your sales channels
To get started, go to the Distribution menu and click on Sales Channels on the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 2: Enable Google Hotel Ads
Enable the Google channel.
📌 Good to know: Once enabled, it may take up to 72 hours for Google to index your rates and display the free booking link to your booking engine. Please be patient – it’ll be worth the wait!

Step 3: Display the Official Site badge
Once synchronisation is in place, you’ll receive the Official Site badge, making it easier for guests to book directly with your property.
❗️Important: Displaying the booking link
Sometimes you may not immediately see the direct booking button on your own computer, even though synchronisation is active. This is often down to your browser’s cache.
To force the page to refresh on your screen:
On a PC: use the Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R keys.
On a Mac: use the ⌘ + Shift + R key combination.
⚠️ Please note: The displayed pricing terms (cancellation policy, breakfast included, etc.) are managed by Google, which reads and interprets your data. Reading errors can sometimes occur during this synchronisation.
How do I correct an error?
To correct incorrect information on this channel, you must contact Google support directly via their dedicated contact form. elloha does not have the technical capability to intervene in these displays.

The types of accommodation eligible for this synchronisation are as follows: hotels, campsites, youth hostels, guesthouses, riads, kasbahs and B&Bs. If your property does not fall into one of these categories, you will need to use the synchronisation with Google Vacation Rentals.
