Why is this important?
As a business owner, your time is precious. Synchronising your calendar allows you to:
Keep your personal appointments and business bookings in one place.
Check your schedule on your smartphone, even when you’re out and about.
Plan ahead for your guests’ arrivals and organise cleaning.
Follow the step-by-step guide
Step 1: Go to the Bookings tab
In the left-hand side menu, click on ‘Bookings’ to access a management area that allows you to:

Step 2: Retrieve the link to the calendar
To synchronise your schedule with your personal digital calendar, follow these steps:
Click on the ‘Actions’ button at the top right of your screen.
Select the ‘Export to calendar’ option.
Step 3: Export your schedule to your personal calendar
To synchronise your bookings with your usual calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar), do the following:
Click on ‘Copy link’.
Paste this link into the import settings of your personal calendar.
Confirm the addition to automatically view your elloha bookings in your daily schedule.
⚠️ Please note: updates can only be made via your elloha account. Any event cancelled or amended in your personal calendar will not be reflected in your elloha schedule.
Step 4: Check the synchronisation
Once the link has been set up, your bookings will be imported automatically:
Your bookings will appear directly in your schedule.
Availability is updated periodically.
❗️Important: Depending on the calendar used, there may be a short delay before your bookings appear on your schedule.

Please note
Cancellations are not sent via the link: therefore, if a booking is cancelled via your elloha account, you will need to remove it manually from your online calendar.
