How do I customise my dashboard?

The dashboard is the first screen displayed each time you log on, so it's essential that it reflects the way you manage your business.

The customisation button at the bottom right of your screen allows you to choose whether or not to display different modules for monitoring your business.

My sales

This module displays several key indicators linked to your sales performance:

  • Number of bookings

  • Revenue generated

  • The proportion of direct sales via your website (compared with sales via OTAs)

  • Occupancy rate

You can view this data over different periods, with an automatic comparison with the previous period.

My money

This module displays your total Stripe balance, upcoming transfers and funds being transferred to your bank account. The Stripe option must be activated to access this information.

A live customer?

This module lets you quickly create a booking, for example when a customer contacts you by phone or turns up on site.

The New Sale button offers the same functionality.

My availabilities

This module displays the availability of all your accommodation offers over the next 15 days.

Your arrivals

This module displays details of up to three arrivals for the day, as well as the total number of arrivals for the day.

My news

This module displays your latest news and allows you to create a new one.

Last messages received

This module displays your latest messages. The Messages tab gives you access to all your messages.

Booking scores

This module displays your establishment's score on Booking. Click here to find out more.

My distributors

This module displays the bookings generated via the concierge service. Click here to find out more.

My distributed partners

This module displays the partners you have recommended or could recommend via the concierge service. Click here to find out more.

Latest reviews

This module displays the latest reviews received from your customers via Google, Booking, Airbnb and Vrbo-Abritel. Click here to find out more.
