The schedule is one of the main features of your elloha account: it is therefore essential that it reflects the way you manage your business.
To get started, go to the Schedule tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
The customisation button at the top right of your screen will allow you to choose whether or not to display different modules for monitoring your establishment.
Daily arrivals and PAX
The value displayed next to the suitcase icon indicates the number of expected arrivals for the current night, while the value next to the people icon shows the number of people currently in your establishment.
Sold
Depending on the display mode selected, this element will represent either the occupancy rate for the day, or the number of booked accommodation offers in relation to the maximum capacity of your establishment.
Rates
This corresponds to the lowest rate among your accommodation offers.
Distribution channels
This corresponds to the OTAs on which your accommodation offers are distributed. This information is only displayed if you are viewing a particular accommodation offer.
Useful information
These elements are only visible in Summary view, for the Week and Month periods.
