[ILLUSTRATION] How do I activate synchronisation with a platform that is not an elloha partner (iCalendar)?

Although elloha allows you to synchronise your Planning with numerous booking platforms, you may be offering your accommodation on a non-partner platform. In this case, the unavailabilities recorded on your schedule may be automatically transmitted to this platform, but the bookings made on this platform will not be synchronised with your schedule.


To begin, go to the Sales Channels tab, located on the left-hand side of your screen. Then activate iCalendar and click on the Configure button.

Then click on the radio buttons to export your unavailabilities to the booking platform. You'll get iCalendar links that you'll need to copy from elloha and integrate into the dedicated section on the booking platform.


We recommend that you contact the platform team directly if you have any queries, via their form, by email or by phone.

Once you have completed your operations, elloha will transmit the unavailabilities indicated on your Schedule to the booking platform.
