While elloha is a complete and easy-to-use solution, it is also a solution that does not overlook security: that is why we suggest that you activate double authentication.
To get started, go to the My Account tab on the left-hand side of your screen. Then click on the Login and Security tab.

You can choose between three methods of double authentication:
By Google Authenticator: every time you log in to your elloha account, you will need to enter the code provided by Google Authenticator
SMS: every time you log in to your elloha account, you will need to enter the code that you will find in your SMS messages
By e-mail: each time you log in to your elloha account, you will need to enter the code that you will find in your e-mail inbox
Please note that you cannot combine several authentication methods.
Once you have made your choice, a configuration screen will open. For example, if you activate SMS authentication, you will see this screen:

In addition to double authentication, you can change your password. Here are the recommendations of the French National Agency for Information Systems Security(ANSSI): "Create a password that is sufficiently long, complex and unexpected: at least 8 characters long and containing lower case, upper case, numbers and special characters."
Finally, only our Support team will be able to change your login.
