What your customers will see

A dedicated, clear and attractive page within your booking engine: your customers choose their gift card, personalise it and send it in just a few clicks!

Follow the step-by-step guide

Check out the interactive tutorial below for a quick introduction, then refer to the detailed, illustrated explanations to explore each step in more depth.

Step 1: Go to the Gift Vouchers section

  1. In the ‘My Business’ menu, click on ‘Gift Vouchers’.

  2. Click on the ‘Add a gift card’ button at the top right of your screen to start setting it up.

Step 2: Set up the gift card details

Enter the key details of your offer so that your customers can recognise it and buy it online:

  • Name: Enter a clear title so your customers can identify the offer straight away.

  • Value and Number of uses: Set the face value of the card and the total number of units available for sale.

  • Description: Specify the terms of use and the services included in the gift card.

  • Validity period: Specify the period during which the card can be used by your customers after the date of purchase.

  • Image: Add an image to illustrate your gift card on your booking engine.

You can choose from a selection of pre-loaded images or upload your own to personalise your offer.

Any images you upload are automatically saved to your media library. This makes it easy to find them again and reuse them for other content.

Step 3: Select the applicable offers

Determine the services for which your customers can use their gift card:

  1. Click on the ‘Applicable offers’ tab.

  2. Select the relevant offers by ticking the corresponding boxes.

You can restrict the use of the card to specific services. Alternatively, you can make it valid across your entire establishment.

Step 4: Configure the publication

From the Publication tab, set the terms for publishing your gift card online and its visibility:

  • Publication period: set the exact dates during which the gift card is available for purchase.

💡 Tip: Tailor the visibility of your gift
cards

To optimise the marketing of your gift cards, adjust their publication to suit your business calendar:

  • Activate your special offers during key times of the year (the festive season, Valentine’s Day, etc.).

  • Highlight your seasonal extras (massages in winter, bike hire in summer, etc.)

  • Distribution channels: specify the channels (your website, social media) where the gift card will be visible.

  • Booking link: copy the direct URL to send it to your customers via email or messaging.

  • QR code: download this image to include it on your physical (flyers, posters) or digital marketing materials.

💡 Tip: include the QR code in your welcome booklets to encourage your existing customers to treat their loved ones to a stay at your establishment.

Step 5: Check how your gift card looks

Use the preview function to check how your offer looks across all platforms before making it available to your customers.

  • Booking engine: view the final appearance of the gift card during the purchase process.

  • Confirmation email: check the information automatically sent to the purchaser.

  • PDF format: check the document received by the gift card recipient.

  • Social media: preview how it will look when shared on Facebook or Instagram.

Step 6: Publish your gift card

Once configuration is complete, you must save your settings before making the offer visible on your booking engine.

  1. Click Save to save all your entries.

  2. Click the Publish button to make the gift card immediately available for sale on your booking engine.

⚠️ Please note: Until you click ‘Publish’, the offer will remain invisible to your customers, even if it has been saved.
You can check this by looking for the ‘Published’ or ‘Draft’ label to the right of the gift card’s name.

Step 7: Track your gift card sales

View the details of transactions relating to your gift cards to keep a close track of your business:

  • Go to the ‘Ordered by’ tab to access the full list of gift cards sold.

  • View all orders placed by your customers.

  • Check the status to see if the gift card has already been used.

  • Track changes in your sales volumes in real time.

In just a few minutes, you can benefit from an additional source of income. You also have the option to expand your offering by introducing gift vouchers.

Key points

  • Seamless customer journey: Your customers receive their gift card, ready to give, instantly by email after purchase.

  • Taxation: no tax can be applied to a gift card. It is considered a means of payment and not a service.

  • Payment via a virtual payment terminal: if you use a virtual payment terminal, the gift card is set by default to ‘Full Prepaid’ collection mode.
