📌 This article answers the following questions:

- How do I create additional user accounts for my team in elloha?

- How do I set access rights for each user (read-only, admin, etc.)?

- How do I edit or delete a user from my elloha account?

- How many users can I create depending on my elloha subscription?

Why is this important?

For a holiday accommodation owner, responsiveness is key to keeping your guests happy. By giving your team access to your account:

  • You can delegate tasks with peace of mind without ever sharing your administrator password.

  • Each member can only see the information they need to carry out their tasks.

  • You save valuable time on the day-to-day management of your property.

Follow the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Enable the Multi-User option

Go to the Settings menu, then click on My Account on the left-hand side of your screen.

Then, click on the Options tab and enable the Multi-User option (€9.00 incl. VAT per month, with no limit on the number of users).

Then click on Confirm activation.

Step 2: Add your users

Once the option is enabled, go to the Settings menu and click on My Users in the menu on the left.
Finally, click on Add a user.

You will then be able to assign one of the following roles:

  • Administrator: full access to all features, with no restrictions;

  • Salesperson: access to the Check-ins (in the Schedule tab) and New Sale features;

  • Team Salesperson and Partner Salesperson: access to the New Sale function only.

After selecting the appropriate role, enter the user’s contact details. For the postal address, you can enter your business’s address.

You can view all users on the home screen, along with their respective roles.

An email containing a password creation link will be automatically sent to the address provided. The new user will then be able to set their password and access your elloha account with the permissions you have assigned to them.

Your organisation is now fully structured: every member of your team has appropriate, secure and fully controlled access!
