📌 This article answers the following questions:

- How do I activate a pricing plan for a specific period via the elloha schedule?

- Why isn’t my special offer or promotion showing up even though it’s active?

- How do I use Quick Actions to set a price for an entire season?

- How do I adjust the activation of a pricing plan on a day-by-day basis from the Details view?

Why is this important?

Managing the availability of your rates is essential for a successful sales strategy. It allows you to:

  • Be more responsive: activate a special offer as soon as you spot an opportunity.

  • Optimise your revenue: offer the right price at the right time to your travellers.

  • Save time: schedule your fare releases in advance without the need for daily intervention.

Follow the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Access your calendar

The calendar allows you to manage your accommodation’s occupancy and your schedules in real time.

  1. In the side menu on the left-hand side of your screen, click on ‘Schedule’.

  2. View the availability of your listings on your calendar.

It is from this section that you can enable or disable your pricing plans for the periods of your choice.

Step 2: Access quick actions

This feature allows you to change several settings in your schedule with just a few clicks, without having to edit each date manually.

  1. Click on the ‘Actions’ button.

  2. Select the ‘Activate a rate plan’ option.

This tool is ideal for opening up sales or adjusting your accommodation stock with just a few clicks.

Step 3: Select your accommodation

Identify the accommodation for which you wish to activate a pricing plan:

  1. Click on the ‘Which room’ drop-down menu.

  2. Select the relevant accommodation from the list provided.

Step 4: Select the rate plan to activate

To suspend a rate plan for your hosting package:

  1. Click on the ‘Choose your rate plan’ drop-down menu.

  2. Select the relevant rate plan from those associated with your service (standard pricing plan, special offer or any other plan you have created).

📌 Good to know: A derived plan depends directly on the configuration of a main rate plan :

  • Promotions and special offers are considered derived rates.

⚠️ Please note: For your derived rate to be available for booking, the main rate plan to which it is linked must be active. If the main plan is deactivated, the derived plan will not be offered to your customers, even if its own status is ‘Active’.

Step 5: Set the activation period

Select the period during which you wish to activate your pricing plan:

  • Today

  • Tomorrow

  • This week

  • This month

  • The next 3 months

  • Season

  • Customized dates

  1. Choose the option that suits your needs.

  2. If you choose ‘Customized dates’, specify the exact start and end dates for the activation period.

💡 Tip: This feature allows you to temporarily activate your rates for a specific period without having to manually update your schedule day by day.

Step 6: Apply your changes

Once you’ve selected the period, click the Apply button. Your changes are updated instantly and will be visible on your calendar.

💡 Tip: This automation is ideal for activating your seasonal rates all at once, saving you from tedious manual adjustments day after day.

Step 7: Manage your pricing plans from the calendar

You can make one-off adjustments to your rates directly from the detailed view of your calendar:

  1. Go to the Schedule menu in your elloha account.

  2. Select the ‘Detail’ view.

  3. Find the relevant accommodation and date.

  4. Enable or disable the pricing plan directly for the desired day.

Changes are saved automatically and apply immediately to your calendar and your sales channels.

💡 Tip: This view is particularly useful for managing exceptions, temporarily highlighting a promotional offer or adjusting your pricing strategy for a few specific dates without changing your overall settings.

Key points

  • Speed: Use “Quick Actions” for changes over longer periods.

  • Precision: Use the “Detail View” for exceptions and fine-tuning.

  • Visibility: Always check that the main rate is active so that your promotions are visible.
