📌 This article answers the following questions:

- How do I export a list of my payments received from elloha?

- What export formats are available (CSV, Excel, etc.) for my bookkeeping?

- How do I filter my payments by period before exporting?

- Can I export Stripe payments and manual payments separately?

Why export your incoming payments?

Manage your accounts more easily and maintain a clear overview of your business. By exporting your incoming payments, you can:

  • Save time: send a ready-to-use file to your accountant, with no need for re-entry.

  • Monitor your business: identify your best-performing periods and most profitable channels.

  • Secure your data: keep a reliable record of your transactions and customers.

Follow the step-by-step guide

Step 1: Go to the payments page

To begin, go to the Settings menu on the left-hand side of your screen, then click on the ‘My Money’ tab.

Click on the ‘My Receipts’ tab.

This section lists your transaction history and allows you to view:

  • All payments received, regardless of the payment method used.

  • The booking reference number associated with each booking.

  • The customer’s name for each payment entry.

Step 2: Filter your payments

To organise how your transactions are displayed, use the filters available in the ‘My Payments’ tab:

  1. Date filters: use the first two selectors to choose a predefined period (e.g. the last 6 months) or set a custom range.

  2. Payment method filter: click on the ‘All types’ menu to filter for a specific payment method.

Step 3: Customise your export

Click ‘Export to CSV’ in the top right-hand corner to access the customisation screen.

Create a customised export of your financial data by selecting exactly the information you need for your accounts or to track your income.

  1. Select the columns you wish to include in your file (Booking number, Amount received, VAT, Product, etc.) using the drop-down menu to the right of each row.

  2. Use the data preview displayed in the central column to quickly identify the content of each field before confirming your selection.

💡 Tip: By default, the ‘Export column’ option is selected for all fields to save you time.

Step 4: Export the list

To generate a customised file of your financial data, follow these steps:

  1. Click the ‘Export my list’ button at the top right of your screen.

  2. A confirmation window stating ‘Exporting…’ will appear whilst your request is being processed.

  3. You can click Close to continue managing your schedule or bookings.

📌 Good to know: Processing payment data may take a few minutes. You’ll receive the export directly by email.

Key points

  • The export is accessible from the ‘My Money’ menu.

  • Use the filters to customise your export to suit your accounting needs.

  • The CSV file includes full financial details (amount received, including VAT, excluding VAT and VAT amount).
