How can I stop selling my services over a set period?

For a variety of reasons (large numbers of last-minute bookings, unforeseen closure of your establishment, adverse weather conditions, etc.), you may need to quickly block all or part of your availability. In this case, activating the Stop Sale is the ideal solution.

To start, go to the Planning tab on the left-hand side of your screen.


Click on the Actions button, then on the Stop Sale quick action.

You can then apply a Stop Sale to your services, according to the following options:

  • Today

  • Tomorrow

  • This week

  • This month

  • Over a season

  • On personalised dates

Once you have made your selection, click on the Apply button: your changes will take effect immediately.

Note that even if the sale is stopped, the stock is not set to zero. This means that when you deactivate the Stop Sale, the availabilities you configured before it was activated will be visible again.
